1. Delivery Options and Costs.

We offer two types of memberships that affect shipping costs:

  • Basic Membership: For Basic Membership, shipping costs are calculated in the checkout. The cost depends on the size and weight of your order and the destination.
  • Premium Membership: There is no shipping charge for Premium Membership, regardless of the size and weight of your order and the destination.

2. Shipping method

All deliveries are made by PostNL. We choose PostNL because of their reliable and fast delivery services.

3. Delivery times

We strive to process and ship your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days after shipment. For international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can track your package.

5. Shipping confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation and track & trace code.

6. Problems with Delivery

If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
