How many products are in a combipack?

Each combipack contains 12 products split across 2 variants: 6+6 units per box. The exception is the 1000ml combipack: there you choose 2+2 units (4 in total). You always combine exactly 2 variants per combipack.

Which combipacks are available?

SalonID offers 5 combipacks: Styling (100/150ml jars), Styling Sprays (300ml aerosol cans), Masks (250ml jars), Treatments 300ml (shampoo and conditioner) and Treatments 1000ml (salon size). Each combipack contains 2 variants from the same category and the same size.

What is the difference between a combipack and a regular order?

With a regular order, you order 12 units of the same product. With a combipack, you mix 2 variants within a category: 6+6 units per box. Combipacks are ideal for combining two variants, for example Color and Repair shampoo in one order.

Can I mix products from different categories in one combipack?

Do combipacks also get my own brand name and design?

Yes. All products in a combipack are finished with your own brand name in full-color print, just like single orders. You design your label in SalonID Studio and we print it directly onto the packaging. CPNP registration and PIF documentation are included.

Are combipacks cheaper than separate orders?

Combipacks have the same unit price as separate orders. The advantage isn't the price but the flexibility: you can combine 2 variants in one box instead of 12 units of the same product.

Ordering and delivery time

A combipack is one box with two products; the price is the combined unit price of both products. All prices exclude VAT. If your salon is in an EU country outside the Netherlands, enter your VAT number at checkout; the VAT will then be reverse-charged.

With your first order, we check your design and prepare the print files: allow 3 to 5 business days. Reorders are delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1 to 3 business days; for other countries, add the shipping time listed in the FAQ.
