General Terms and Conditions of SalonID B.V.
Welcome to SalonID B.V. By using our services and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and memberships of SalonID B.V. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the products and services of SalonID B.V., including but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, and software, belong exclusively to SalonID B.V. The client is not permitted to copy, distribute, or disclose them without written permission from SalonID B.V..
4. Terms of Use Website
Use of our website and services is subject to the rules set forth in our Usage Policy. Misuse of the platform or unauthorized access will result in immediate termination of access and, if necessary, legal action.
5. Offers and Agreements.
All offers of SalonID B.V. are without obligation. A contract is concluded after we have confirmed your order in writing or have started its execution. SalonID B.V. reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach special conditions to the delivery.
6. Prices and Payments.
All prices listed are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Payment must be made in full before we proceed to deliver the products.
7. Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative and exceeding these times does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of your order. Deliveries will be made to the address you provide.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your order of non-personalized products within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.

10. Warranty and Complaints
We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability. Complaints about visible defects must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. For non-visible defects a period of 7 days after discovery applies.
11. Liability
SalonID B.V. is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice of the products concerned, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on our part.
12. Limitation of Responsibility to Third Parties.
SalonID B.V. is not liable for any damages caused by third parties, such as payment providers, courier services or other third party service providers. Any complaints regarding these services should be directed directly to the third party involved.
13. Compensation and Indemnification.
The customer fully indemnifies SalonID B.V. against all claims of third parties relating to damage related to the use of the products or services, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence of SalonID B.V.
14. Changes in Products and Services.
SalonID B.V. reserves the right to change products, prices and services without prior notice. These changes will not affect agreements already concluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, SalonID B.V. is not held to its obligations towards the buyer. Force majeure means any circumstance independent of our will that prevents the fulfillment of all or part of our obligations to the buyer. This includes, but is not limited to, defects on our production line which prevents us from processing orders.
16. Production on Demand and Machine Failure
SalonID B.V. manufactures products on demand. In the event of machinery failure or other technical problems affecting production, SalonID B.V. reserves the right to extend delivery times. SalonID B.V. is not liable for any damages resulting from such delays. In consultation with the client, efforts will be made to find an appropriate solution.
17. Memberships
Memberships with SalonID B.V. have an initial term of one year. After the first year, memberships are terminable on a monthly basis. Termination must be in writing by email. Please send your cancellation to hello@salonid.com.
18. Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
19. Applicable Law and Disputes.
All legal relationships to which SalonID B.V. is a party shall be exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where SalonID B.V. is located.
20. Dispute Resolution through Mediation.
In case of a dispute, parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation. If mediation does not lead to a solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where SalonID B.V. is located.
21. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SalonID B.V. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Amendments shall take effect at the announced time of entry into force. If no time of entry into force has been announced, amendments shall take effect against the buyer as soon as he has been notified of the amendment.
