Terms and Conditions of SalonID B.V.
Welcome to SalonID B.V. By using our services and products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and memberships of SalonID B.V. Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the products and services of SalonID B.V., including but not limited to designs, texts, images, and software, belong exclusively to SalonID B.V. The customer is not permitted to copy, distribute, or disclose these without the written consent of SalonID B.V.
4. Website Terms of Use
The use of our website and services is subject to the rules set out in our usage policy. Misuse of the platform or unauthorized access will result in immediate termination of access and, if necessary, legal action.
5. Offers and Agreements
All offers made by SalonID B.V. are without obligation. An agreement is established once we have confirmed your order in writing or have begun carrying it out. SalonID B.V. reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach special conditions to delivery.
6. Prices and Payments
All stated prices are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Payment must be received in full before we proceed with delivery of the products.
7. Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative, and exceeding these times does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of your order. Deliveries take place at the address you have provided.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order of non-personalized products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.
9. Returns
For information about returning products, please refer to our return and refund policy.
10. Warranty and Complaints
We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability. Complaints about visible defects must be submitted to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. For non-visible defects, a period of 7 days after discovery applies.
11. Liability
SalonID B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice for the relevant products, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on our part.
12. Limitation of Responsibility for Third Parties
SalonID B.V. is not liable for any damage caused by third parties, such as payment providers, courier services, or other external service providers. Any complaints regarding these services should be addressed directly to the third party concerned.
13. Compensation and Indemnification
The customer fully indemnifies SalonID B.V. against all claims by third parties relating to damage connected with the use of the products or services, unless the damage is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of SalonID B.V.
14. Changes to Products and Services
SalonID B.V. reserves the right to change products, prices, and services without prior notice. These changes do not affect agreements already concluded, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, SalonID B.V. is not bound by its obligations towards the buyer. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond our control that wholly or partially prevents the fulfillment of our obligations towards the buyer. This also includes, but is not limited to, defects in our production line that prevent us from processing orders.
16. Production on Demand and Machine Downtime
SalonID B.V. produces products on demand. In the event of a machine defect or other technical issues affecting production, SalonID B.V. reserves the right to extend delivery times. SalonID B.V. is not liable for any damage resulting from such delays. We will strive to find a suitable solution in consultation with the customer.
17. Memberships
Memberships with SalonID B.V. have an initial term of one year. After the first year, memberships may be canceled on a monthly basis. Cancellation must be made in writing by email. Send your cancellation to hello@salonid.com.
18. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
19. Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships to which SalonID B.V. is a party. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where SalonID B.V. is established.
20. Dispute Resolution through Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the parties will make an effort to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation. If mediation does not lead to a solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where SalonID B.V. is established.
21. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
SalonID B.V. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes take effect at the announced effective date. If no effective date has been communicated, changes will take effect towards the buyer as soon as the change has been communicated to them.
