Ordering and delivery time
You order the pack in one go; all products get your design in full color on the packaging. All prices are excl. VAT. If your salon is in an EU country outside the Netherlands, enter your VAT number at checkout; the VAT will then be reverse-charged.
After you order, we check your design and prepare the print files: allow 3 to 5 business days. After that, reorders by the box or Combipack are delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1 to 3 business days; for other countries, add the shipping time listed in the FAQ.

The Salon & Retail pack is our most comprehensive package, built for salons that want to stock both the wash station and the shelf. The men's line (Men Shampoo) is included in both salon and retail sizes, so you can serve a broader audience right away.

Yes, pumps for all 20 salon bottles are included in the pack. You can get started at the wash station right away, no extra accessories to order.

The Retail Complete pack contains 60 products in retail size (300ml and 250ml). The Salon & Retail pack contains the same 60 retail products plus 20 liters for the wash station and the men's line, 80 pieces in total.

Yes, your design is saved. Reordering is easy through combipacks per product category (treatments, masks, styling), from 6 units per variant.
